GrECo Czechia has acquired 100% of AURA Lloyd s.r.o., a Prague-based corporate insurance broker specialising exclusively in non-life business.
Founded in 2001 by former Executive Directors of MINET, SEDGWICK and MARSH in the Czech Republic. AURA Lloyd employs eight people. The broker serves clients in fleet leasing and mobility, automotive, real estate, cultural and heritage institutions, legal services and healthcare. Many relationships span more than 15 years.
The acquisition strengthens GrECo’s corporate non-life position in the Czech Republic, particularly in fleet and mobility risks. It brings AURA Lloyd’s trusted local expertise and established client portfolio together with GrECo’s regional and international capabilities.

AURA Lloyd is expected to merge into GrECo Czechia next year, providing clients with continuity in day-to-day service and access to GrECo’s broader regional and international capabilities.
