In 2026, we created a dedicated space for our female colleagues to voice their experiences, reflect on challenges, and share their ambitions for the future.

At GrECo, our organisation is shaped by the people behind it. Their expertise, commitment, and individuality drive everything we do. We actively encourage teamwork built on mutual respect, where varied professional paths and personal perspectives are not only acknowledged but appreciated.

Our workforce reflects a broad range of backgrounds and life experiences, and we see this diversity as a decisive advantage. We are committed to maintaining a workplace where fairness, respect, and equal opportunity are fundamental principles—regardless of personal circumstances, origin, identity, or age. This open and supportive culture strengthens collaboration, fuels new ideas, and underpins our long-term success.

In 2026, we created a dedicated space for our female colleagues to voice their experiences, reflect on challenges, and share their ambitions for the future.

Insurance, and especially reinsurance, has traditionally been a male-dominated field. Therefore, it brings me immense satisfaction that at GrECo Specialty, we have achieved a 50:50 gender balance in managerial positions. This accomplishment fills me with pride as empowering women has become an important part of my professional mission. I am surrounded by the best team of professionals but also empathetic leaders, not just women, which is of the utmost importance in our professional lives.”

When individuals from diverse nationalities unite, they create a learning environment unlike any other; one where every voice matters and every perspective adds value. This diversity, grounded in respect and collaboration, is what makes our workplace not just productive, but truly inspiring.

Being a woman in insurance has taught me the strength that comes from combining insight, empathy, and decisiveness. Joining GrECo has amplified that strength — it’s empowering to be part of an international group that values women’s leadership and embraces the different perspectives we bring. As Greece becomes part of this wider family, I’m proud to help shape our contribution and to inspire more women to step forward with confidence, influence, and purpose.

Growing into responsibility at a young age has been both a challenge and a privilege. I am grateful for the trust placed in me and the support I received to balance my career and education. This encouragement has empowered me to develop, contribute, and inspire others—showing that with the right environment, young women can thrive and lead with confidence.

I am proud to be part of a community where every voice is valued, and diversity is truly celebrated. As a woman in the finance industry, here at GrECo I am empowered to bring my whole self to work – supported by colleagues who inspire me with their openness, trust, and willingness to help one another. Here, I find the freedom to grow, contribute meaningfully, and help shape an environment where women can thrive, lead by example, and feel genuinely appreciated every day. I am committed to supporting a culture where everyone’s perspective is welcomed; where together we can continue to break new ground.”

Women bring to business the ability to combine analytical thinking with empathy, which allows them to create solutions tailored to people’s needs and the changing market. Their ability to cooperate, openness to dialogue and determination to overcome barriers make them natural leaders in projects that require creativity and resilience to change

At GrECo, flexibility and trust let me be fully present – at work and at home – without compromising ambition. I value the freedom to improve processes every day, where small wins compound into big value for our clients and colleagues; proof that performance and care belong together and make leadership sustainable.

Raising awareness of security is founded on expertise, trust, and integrity. In insurance, trust leads and integrity sets the standard. Empowered by feminine intuition, every woman builds security and sustainable positioning across all spheres of life.

What I appreciate most as a woman in this company is having the space to lead with empathy, professionalism, and courage. I’m grateful to work alongside colleagues who truly listen, support me, and inspire me to grow. When we move forward together—sharing ideas openly and learning from one another—every challenge becomes an opportunity to build something stronger.
