Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung

Carrier Relations & Insurance Mediation Manager (m/f/d) – full-time

These are your areas of responsibility:

Carrier Relations:

  • Support the insurer relationship targets of GrECo management, for international insurance groups and local (domestic) insurers
  • Enhance trading partner relationships by organizing, arranging, and delivering on agreed upon initiatives
  • Support and initiate the agreement of frame contracts to increase efficiency and generate added value to our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the broking teams within the GrECo Group, understand and develop the functionality of GrECo broking and reporting platforms
  • Produce regular reports to management on key targets and projects
  • Act as key person for relations with carriers for various issues (placements, performance, major claims, remuneration, POG, and creation of new fields of joint activities)
  • Develop carrier distribution metrics & a carrier dashboard within GrECo Group market security standards (financial strength, performance quality, ESG aspects), based on a yearly review

Insurance Mediation:

  • Ensure that the GrECo broking strategy is delivered and always aligned to our core principle of acting in the best interests of our clients and in accordance with the legal framework for insurance intermediation
  • Adapt the GrECo Service Delivery Directive (SDD) to actual requirements and ensure the rollout to all subsidiary companies, supervise training and knowledge of the Directive and of EU IDD for all employees, organize quality dialogues on this field
  • Act as key person for all GrECo Group companies for all issues and queries in connection with SDD
  • Observe market and EU developments in respect of insurance mediation standards
  • Act as coordinator for GrECo Group own insurances, both for coverage requirements and claims handling

Your area of knowledge & expertise that matters most to us:

  • Strong professional experience, project management, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding analytical, numerical and information gathering skills to develop reports and provide in-depth analysis to GrECo’s leadership and carrier organizations
  • Deep understanding of (corporate) insurance in Austria & CEE
  • Ability to work in a team setting with colleagues across Austria & CEE
  • General understanding of the Austrian & CEE political, social, economic, and regulatory environment
  • Sophisticated skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient knowledge of English (C2 level), good knowledge of German and an Eastern European language desirable (at least B1 level)
  • Readiness to travel internationally.

The annual gross salary for this position is at least EUR 75,000. There is, of course, a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and professional experience.

Group Market Developer (m/f/d) – full-time

Future orientation & growth | this is your area of responsibility

  • Ensuring sustainable, growth- and profitability-oriented market work in the companies of the GrECo Group
  • Reviewing business activities of GrECo Group companies from a general business perspective
  • Observation and assessment of the daily work of the teams regarding the effective implementation of the Group strategy and guidelines
  • Identify growth opportunities and/or weaknesses/threats to the local organisation, report and make recommendations of measures to the Group Management Board
  • Identify and liaise with key personnel in the local markets (potential management candidates, practice leaders and the like)
  • In consultation with the responsible Executive Board member, develop appropriate measures and support local management during implementation of measures for further growth and development
  • Recurring, systematic search for suitable M&A targets in the GrECo markets
  • Active participation as project team member during execution of M&A transactions

Your area of knowledge & expertise that matters most to us:

  • Degree in Business Administration preferred (sound knowledge in Business Administration and basic knowledge in Insurance Law is a must)
  • Several years of relevant experience in the insurance industry (ideally in international Insurance or Insurance Broking)
  • Excellent command of English language required (at least business fluent C1, both orally and writing), additional knowledge of another CEE language is an advantage
  • Good analytic- consulting- and coaching-skills
  • Excellent communication skills and social competence / Readiness to travel
  • Strong determination and focus on achievement of goals / Self-Starter mentality / Results driven

The annual gross salary for this position is at least EUR 45,000. There is, of course, a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and professional experience.
