Future orientation & growth | this is your area of responsibility

  • Ensuring sustainable, growth- and profitability-oriented market work in the companies of the GrECo Group
  • Reviewing business activities of GrECo Group companies from a general business perspective
  • Observation and assessment of the daily work of the teams regarding the effective implementation of the Group strategy and guidelines
  • Identify growth opportunities and/or weaknesses/threats to the local organisation, report and make recommendations of measures to the Group Management Board
  • Identify and liaise with key personnel in the local markets (potential management candidates, practice leaders and the like)
  • In consultation with the responsible Executive Board member, develop appropriate measures and support local management during implementation of measures for further growth and development
  • Recurring, systematic search for suitable M&A targets in the GrECo markets
  • Active participation as project team member during execution of M&A transactions

Your area of knowledge & expertise that matters most to us:

  • Degree in Business Administration preferred (sound knowledge in Business Administration and basic knowledge in Insurance Law is a must)
  • Several years of relevant experience in the insurance industry (ideally in international Insurance or Insurance Broking)
  • Excellent command of English language required (at least business fluent C1, both orally and writing), additional knowledge of another CEE language is an advantage
  • Good analytic- consulting- and coaching-skills
  • Excellent communication skills and social competence / Readiness to travel
  • Strong determination and focus on achievement of goals / Self-Starter mentality / Results driven

The annual gross salary for this position is at least EUR 55,000. There is, of course, a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and professional experience.
