With the new embedded insurance solution, all Viena saskaita customers are now insured with Payment Protection Insurance.
Viena saskaita and GrECo Sagauta launched a new Affinity cooperation in Poland in February.
Viena sąskaita provides housing and personal bill payment service available to customers on the Perfi.pl platform. The company began its operations in the Polish market on February 6, 2024. With the new embedded insurance solution, all Viena saskaita customers are now insured with Payment Protection Insurance.
Payment Protection Insurance provides coverage for the customer’s bills, which are usually paid through Perfi.pl, account. This coverage applies if the customer is unable to work due to illness, accident, or job loss.
“Payment protection insurance initially offered for credit and loans, has expanded to cover various business expenses. While gaining traction abroad, it remains underutilized in Lithuania. We seek to educate customers about its benefits for protecting against job loss or illness” says Sigita Balčytė, Head of the Affinity Competence Center.
This insurance boosts our partner’s credibility with customers, enhancing their reputation in the market. Additionally, it offers a competitive edge as the company enters into a new market.
“We’re expanding into the Polish market, enhancing our bill payment service with added value for new customers. All Polish users will have access to Payment Protection Insurance, bundled with our payment service at no extra cost. These unique offerings give us a significant competitive edge as we venture into this new market.” says Aušra Čiuplienė, CEO of Viena sąskaita.
GrECo is constantly seeking innovative solutions for its clients, not only among Lithuanian insurers but also among foreign counterparts. The international insurance company Chubb European Group SE was chosen for this project due to its extensive experience with similar types of insurance coverage in other countries. This choice ensures that as our partner, Viena sąskaita, expands into other countries, we will be able to offer clients the best insurance services.
