As of 1 January 2025, a new law came into force, exempting insureds in health plans under the age of 18 from the Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) of 15%.

As of 1 January 2025, a new law came into force, exempting insureds in health plans under the age of 18 from the Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) of 15%. This exemption applies to both individual and group health plans, covering new and existing policies. This change is expected to provide financial relief to families and encourage more comprehensive health coverage for children.
