ROVA, based in Jamník in eastern Slovakia, has grown into a leading manufacturer of roofing, hall, and HVAC systems. Despite being located nearly four hours from GrECo’s office in Bratislava, the distance has never hindered the delivery of expert service and support. The Lindab Chapter
A significant era in ROVA’s history was its time under the ownership of the Swedish Lindab Group. This period brought international expertise and integration into a broader European network. However, in April 2025, Lindab AB sold its Slovak operations to a new group of investors, marking a return to the ROVA brand and a renewed focus on local innovation and autonomy.
This transition was not just a change in ownership – it was a symbolic return to ROVA’s roots and a new chapter in its development. The company now stands poised to leverage its legacy and independence to meet future challenges head-on.
