The event, titled “How The Great Gatsby Became The Great ESGby” featured an innovative ESG Escape Room Challenge designed to highlight the importance of the social component in ESG.
The Event’s Mission
Following an opening keynote address delivered by Hristo Charkov, General Manager of GrECo Bulgaria, Laura Hochegger, Executive Assistant Strategy, Sustainability, Innovation at GrECo Group, and Business Excellence Consultant Maria Stoeva, the mission of the day was set: to navigate the complexities of ESG reporting with a focus on social sustainability. Teams, composed of C-level leaders and HR experts, were tasked with solving puzzles and cracking codes related to diversity, well-being, compliance, and innovation.
