Under the title “Social Disruption”, our HORIZON publication concentrates on social transformation and looks at all its challenges to the business landscape. In this edition of Horizon, we explore the Age of the Human and its influence on our future work environments. We examine how our behaviours are shaping the risk landscape. We delve into the future of work, questioning the social transformations that society and organizations are currently facing and will continue to face, to help us plan for a more resilient workforce of tomorrow. From demography challenges to changing migration patterns, we aimed to provide an in-depth look into how social disruption will transform our working environments, all to provide insights that are needed for risk management and risk mitigation.
